I have been going to this location for a few years now. Katima is the best! I have small veins and techs usually have difficulties drawing blood, but she gets it every time. I would not go to anyone else.

The girl who took my blood today was kind, but the needle pierced completely through my vein and I have a golf ball sized hematoma bulging out from my skin now. I think she might be new, just needs some more practice and guidance
