If you have a problem when you come here it’s you because they make everything extremely easy for you and even have a kiosk where you can scan your drop offs if you don’t want to wait in line. If it’s not busy they even help you to your car with your boxes.”

“Went to Westwood UPS to get fingerprints scanned for specialty license. After a few attempts on the fingerprint scanner Adrian took the initiative and called the agency that helps with the processing. The situation with the fingerprinting was resolved. If not for Adrian would still be there. Prior to Westwood went to Ridgefield UPS and wasted one hour attempt the scan and no one could help me.”

They went above and beyond to make sure a time-sensitive package was picked up and delivered same day on time and without a hitch. We called the store expressing the urgency of the package delivery and Nic personally stepped in to coordinate everything and made what felt like a stressful situation completely seamless. Nic went above and beyond and delivered the package himself. The level of care, professionalism, and follow-through was outstanding. This kind of service is rare, and I’m so grateful. But there is terrible attention when trying to receive a package to my home, they ask me for different cards from the Apple application and I don't receive anything, yet total mistreatment of customers I still don't have my documents in order but it doesn't give them the right to treat me like that”
