One of the reasons I decided to stick with Volvo when my lease expired was because the customer service is excellent. The employees there really care, and they treat everyone with kindness and respect. It is a pleasure dealing with them.

Friendly and nice staffs in the service and sales departments. However, my service was done but a message is still popping up to schedule a maintenance appointment! Very happy with my new and hitch … there are two things that could be improved. 1. Automatic sunroof closing , or a reminder to check, like they do when they say check your children . And 2. I wish I could upgrade the sound system, buyer beware , get what you want before you sign the dotted
Line . Once you drive away your can’t change the sound system . Other then that, great car
