Great customer service! I highly recommend this branch for anyone's banking needs. Bettina was especially helpful as she walked me through opening up my business checking account and gave information on lending, SBA loans, etc. Cannot say enough positive things about Bettina and her team!

I was there yesterday, the line for the teller was back to the door. There was only 2 people working and 10 customers in the bank, customer service is the pits. When it was Commerce Bank it was great, ever since TD took over it has been going downhill.

This branch is definitely challenged when it comes to customer service. A couple of weeks ago, I called and asked how long they were going to be open that day. My husband and I went there within the hour, only to find the branch was closed. They were doing everything via drive-thru, and we had business that needed to be taken care of in person. I called and spoke to the same person, asking why she had told me that the branch was open and what should we do. She proceeded to yell and ranted at me for about a minute, ending with "Why don't you just stop complaining and get in the drive-thru line like everyone else." It was as if she had forgotten that she was at work and was yelling at one of her family members. I wish I had recorded it. I'd never been spoken to this way as a customer. As we suspected, what we needed could not be handled via drive-through. I understand that it is hard to find employees right now, but please have some standards when hiring. And train them.

People are very nice but this bank is literally closed whenever they want. They were closed Wednesday and Friday. I don’t understand how a bank can close absolutely randomly any time of day any day they want. The sign on the door says the drive through is open and it’s not.

I went there to get a document notarized & they refused to do it because of personal liability ! I wonder why offer the service if they don't do it. Very disappointed since I have been banking with them for years.

Here is the current TD Bank commercial.... customer of 30 years pulls up at drive thru at 1:04, arrives at window at 1:05, teller still at window, customer told we closed at 1:00 and can't take your transaction, mind you a deposit of maybe 30 seconds, customer leaves in a less than pleasant mood... Good job , Trevor , your managerial skills are surely reflective in your employees and their total disregard for customer service.

Fuming as I write this. Because of the pandemic, you can't wait in the lobby. You have to check in online with your smart phone and wait in your car. I check in at 4:40. 20 minutes later I'm still waiting and a bunch of people come out. I hear, "You guys in tomorrow?" Yup, it was the staff closing up for the day. I flagged one of them down and said, "I've been waiting for 20 minutes!" She said, "Sorry, they must not have seen it." She got into her car and left. Only come to this branch if you have time to waste.

I left the bank went home and they DID NOT give my license back or the bank card I was in a hurry and now that they are closed I can't even drive there legally without my lisence. EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE AND AWFUL OF THE TELLER!

Customer service is just terrible! I needed something notarized (I have multiple accounts with them). I began to explain and he automatically said no i do not do those. And i asked him why and he said he knew the form i was talking about. When i asked what form, he didn't know what i was talking about. He still refused to budge. I asked him if i could at least come into the branch to show it to him. He would not let me do that either. When i asked him his name he hung up on me. I'm not sure how this guy was hired. This phone call occurred at approx 1:15 on March 25th. I hope TD is able to track this guy down and disciplinary action is taken.

I had a terrible experience with a older gentleman with gray hair at the td bank in Ramsey NJ. I am a member of td bank with a checking, savings and a mortgage with td bank. I needed to finish my refinance with the bank and had to scan and send my w2 to the mortgage specialist from td bank. Firstly, he was not welcoming at all. In addition, when I explained my situation he did almost nothing to assist. Needless to say, his customer service and demeanor was not acceptable in at any firm. I will never walk in that branch ever again. I have great experiences with multiple td branches but this was the worst experience.
