Very helpful, understanding, and want what is best for their customers. Huge thank you to Soleida (Sorry if spelled incorrectly) especially for her kindness and hospitality. I have been banking with TD for years and this is my new go-to branch.

I called 24 hour bank by phone and was told my wait time was less than 10 minutes. I was on hold for 25 minutes. Decided to call TD at the Interstate in Ramsey since that’s where we opened account. Called at 11:58 am no answer. Called back at 1:07 pm and still no answer. How can nobody pick up the phone at a bank?
