I have purchased all of our appliances over the last 8 years from Uneeda and have always had a great experience, however, the hard-working team at Uneeda really shined with the purchase of our new washer and dryer. We had a new washer delivered and installed by them on a Thursday evening, and we realized shortly after using it that we may have made the wrong choice. This was completely our error and Uneeda was not at fault in any way. We contacted Uneeda the next morning, and I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service and understanding that we received from Uneeda. Stephen was able to arrange another delivery and installation of a new washer and dryer (that were a better fit for our needs) first thing the very next morning, just two days after our initial delivery and installation. I am absolutely blown away by the team at Uneeda, they went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our appliances—and they squeezed us in their schedule the very next day so we didn’t have to wait. They gave us unbeatable pricing with both of these purchases, and they took the stress of the situation off of our shoulders completely. They exceeded our expectations in every possible way, I cannot thank them enough for what they do! I would give them 10+ stars if I could!”
