“Immediately upon entering, I was warmly greeted by a woman who was in training ...she was very helpful and physically pulled out a few different gel/ foam mattresses for me to try .She went & got her manager to help me as I needed to be sure this mattress would fit through the door of my boat .Donna answered all my questions & concerns and then asked me some questions and after hearing my answers she took me over and asked me to try this one. I knew as soon as I layed down that this was the winner ! Donna was great and realized it was a little more $ than I had planned on spending so she gave me free delivery w/ set up & take away along with a decent discount that kept me exactly within my budget ! “With an urgent need for a mattress, I pulled into Source Mattress wondering where the Mattress Firm sign was. I took a chance and was greeted by the owner, Phil, who could not have been nicer or more helpful. “Five stars for this independently owned Dinette sales and upholstery repair store. The Owner and Staff are two thumbs up with their personal, kind, educated and excellent service. My husband and I went there to have an older bar stool repaired. Not an easy fix, but the owner tried a few tricks and it was as good as new! They have a variety of kitchen, dining room and other, furniture that is well made and priced right. The owner has a great personality and you will feel like you are dealing with a friend. Highly recommend this place .”

“I recently purchased a mattress.The process was professional and painless.The price was good.The delivery was flawless.Great service from the good old days just this week.I highly recommend Walt’s.But wait, there’s more….The service was great, but I am not happy with the mattress. There is already a big, deep ( in my opinion) dip in the king size mattress that only I at 210# sleeps on. Feels like I’m crawling out of a hole when I move in my sleep or get out of bed. Not happy.We’ll see…..”
