Despite the extensive computer outage on 7/19 and 7/20, the staff efficiently arranged a sign-in system, and in spite of the fact they had so much hand-writing to do, my appointment was only 20 minutes later than scheduled.

Easy check-in and great experience. Received results the next day (less than 24 hours)!

The waiting gets extremely long at times. Had to wait over 30 min past my appointment time with no explanation. Once I'm in, the job gets done quickly but before that, it can take a while. Should probably book less people at the same time to speed the process.
