I sell clothes on Vinted. When I take my packages here to Ridgefield Park, it usually doesn’t update until the next day that it shipped. When I take it to other post offices, it’s immediate.

Horrible customer service. Hispanic older lady is extremely rude and unprofessional. Refused to manually scan package. She said no. Doesn’t go through not my problem I don’t need to punch nothing in. lol now im driving to another location because this weirdo doesn’t wanna do her job.

Horrible, unprofessional service. I needed help with an urgent manner over the last couple of days and the counter person was very rude and eating both times I went there! Even rolled her eyes!Very unprofessional. Perhaps another post office will provide better service! Problem wasn't solved!
