The prices are comparable to other shops, but it's the service that makes the difference.Nice, clean, large and well-lit indoor workspace ( they were working on a crane when I was there!) “Best tow service, Nikolas is a very helpful, honest and caring person. He does not only care about your vehicle he also cares about his customers. He helped me big time when i was stuck in the middle of the night and couldn't get another tow. He went out of his way to even give me a ride back home even though it was not near the area he picked me up and dropped my broken down car to. He offered me snacks and heat and a blanket as I was out in the cold for hours before I found his tow service. He was not about to leave somebody stranded in the cold in the middle of the night, with no one else to help them. He is very very kind and the most respectable tow truck driver I have ever dealt with, there is no reason to not trust him when you are broken down.”

“Great Experience for a first timer. I had a starter problem and I needed a tow. They told me 30 minutes and Bebo the driver got there in exactly 30 minutes. A couple of hours later they took my car straight to the Mechanic. I told them I needed it for work the next day before 12 and the car was ready by 11am. In less than 12 hours everything was done. If you have any car issues don’t look any further”
“This is a very honest shop and Reed really helped me out! I was hit by a wreckless driver who scratched the side of my car. Reed took a look and had his shop clean the sides and the scratches were miraculously removed. He didn’t charge me for this service but I will be back to get their help removing a dent that was left over. Cannot recommend this shop enough! Amazing hard working honest employees!! So glad I trusted my gut and came here!”

Pick up was just as smooth. Received the vehicle with exterior and interior in very clean condition, and at full charge (guilty of bringing it dirty and very low charge). Damage is completely repaired.”

“Had a great experience booking Moses' services in advance to bring a disabled collector car out of Manhattan to Long Island for a mechanic to fix.
Moses was easy to deal with on the phone, gave a quick quote (that he held firmly to said price exactly as originally quoted), and on the day he arrived early and fully prepared. Car was transported safely and securely, and Moses was incredibly professional and friendly.
