“MAKE SURE TO READ THIS!!!!
I was very hesitate on booking with Budget when I went on a business trip over the weekend due to the horrible reviews. So I decided to not book and went to the front desk when I arrived. Unfortunately they didn’t have any cars so I ended up booking with hertz. But it doesn’t end there.
For my flight back home, it ended up getting canceled, leaving me stranded at the airport. I was able to find a flight back home from Charlotte so I ended up booking the flight and went quickly to the rental desk. I went straight to the Budget desk because I know they have the lowest rates and I spoke to Austin. I asked him if he had any cars that I can take to the Charlotte airport and he said they had many. He allowed me to book online to get a better rate and even upgraded me at no cost from a coupe to a suv. I was able to get to Charlotte within 70 minutes and to my surprise I was only charged for the hourly rate, instead of the daily rate, a significantly lower cost.
All the negative reviews are due to no cars or no one at the front desk. The airport just moved all the rental agencies to one central location and all of the agencies have a lot more cars. So hopefully those issues have been resolved.
Also word of advice, don’t use a third party company to book your rental. Just book it straight online on the agency’s website. It’s the lowest price and will ensure you will get a car.

“After many years of numerous surgeries, right leg a half inch shorter, pairs of improperly made orthodics, Kosi gave me exactly what I needed. I walk and stand so much better. I no longer have pain in the hip of my shorter leg. Everyone at Kosi is excellent, knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough. Everything was explained to me very clearly. I couldn’t be happier. “not often do you deal with a company that meets but actually exceeds each and every one of your expectations ,this is extremely important, especially when you are trusting them with your very expensive form Mobile.When your car is in storage at Broadway Super Car Storage you can sleep at night ,I know this because the owner went to my Shore House just prior to a super high tide that would’ve taken out both my cars and transported them to his nest where they now sit safe and dry.this picture is where they sat prior to him rescuing them.
