“Rented mini van to move our daughter up to college. Service in office was amazing!!! I was checked in and given car promptly. I worked with Stephine, Ilisa and lovely guy I think Nelson. Stephine lowered all seats for me and examined car to make sure no damage. Nelson helped me hook up my phone to car which was amazing. Only suggestion....make sure car is full before giving to customer. We will definitely use this location again!”

Picked up a Peugeot 308/2024 in Barcellona, Spain. Easy pick up, everything was ready. Drove over 9,000 km across Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland and returned the car at Orly airport/Paris. Very easy return. The car was perfect. The rate was very competitive vs normal rentals. Fully insured, brand new, unlimited milage. Loved it”

I have never been compelled to write a POSITIVE review about a car rental office until my experience with Sherry at this location. I extended my rental FOUR times (she had to track me down on THREE OF THOSE TIMES!!) and she always found the best price possible for m. I have been a lifelong customer of Enterprise RAC but this experience with Hertz will change that forever.”

Today, during the crazy flooding in the Hackensack area, something didn’t sound right while I was driving, so I pulled into this parking lot to check my car. I had my two little kids with me and was pretty worried.
As I was looking at the car, three amazing guys came out to help. They took the time to inspect it with me and were able to do a temporary fix so I could safely drive home.
They were incredibly kind, helpful, and generous with their time. I’m so thankful that this happened to be where I stopped. Thank you so much for your kindness. You made a stressful situation so much better!”
“Anthony and his team went above and beyond. I rented a full size SUV to pick my kids and their four oversized duffles up from camp. The morning I was supposed to pick up the car I received a call that it had come in damaged. They asked if I needed seating or trunk space and I told them the later. They found a large luxury suv that happened to be available despite everyone moving their kids to college that had just enough space. I am so grateful I was able to get my kids and all their gear home safely and in style.”

“Heads up for those who don't know. If you rent a car for 5 days their system automatically charges you for a week. Definitely a rip off and shady business practice. Probably thinking most people won't notice. But that's the company's fault not the store front. That being said, I've had nothing but great service at this location. We've rented here multiple times and people have always been very nice and helpful. If you're renting through your insurance for a car accident, or renting under 5 days or more than 7 I would definitely recommend. Anything in between I'm going to Hertz from now on unless that policy changes.”
“I had a great experience renting from the Enterprise office in Englewood. The gentlemen there are courteous, professional, proficient, and incredibly efficient. They run a very tight ship and manage everything seamlessly. I don’t think I’ve ever rented a car so quickly and easily, with no unnecessary time wasted.
They are also very caring and dependable. They pick you up when they say they will and can drop you off as well. I was extremely pleased and cannot recommend this office highly enough.

“I usually cannot stand going to rental car companies and really do not look forward to when I have to do so. So when someone hit my car last week, and I found out that it would be in a body shop for at least a while, I was dismayed to say the least, but learned that I would get a rental through their insurance.
What happened after was a complete surprise and a welcome one at that. John greeted me at the door with a huge smile, immediately took down my information and processed my reservation almost seamlessly.
He was so quick about the paperwork and processing my reservation. I was completely blown away. All the while, he was friendly, professional, and courteous.
I ended up leaving in record timing with a car that was perfect for my needs and much better than I could have asked for.
All I can say is that we need more people like John working at car rental agencies around the country.”
