“I want highly COMMEND as well as RECOMMEND this particular UPS store because they have provided EXCEPTIONAL “5 Diamond/5 Star” service beyond compare!!! The store Manager, Gage Roman and the ENTIRE staff actually assisted us with thwarting a sophisticated criminal enterprise that nearly left my 81 year old father scammed and swindled out of $20,000 dollars!!! Gage Roman was the epitome of courteous, caring, thoughtful, patient, and professional assistance every step of the way in this process!!! If he can provide this level of service and assistance and compassion with customers in Colorado that he has never met in person then just imagine how much more so that Gage Roman and his ENTIRE staff will take care of your business needs in the greater Clifton New Jersey area!!! I can sing his praises all day long!!! This is merely the beginning of well deserved recognition, appreciation and exultations to be showered upon Gage Roman and his truly outstanding leadership at this store and the local community!!! My deepest and most sincere gratitude and appreciation to Gage Roman and his ENTIRE staff!!! -Keith Sarntee Boulder, Colorado”

“I visit this location pretty often. The staff is always kind and helpful. I need to give a special shout out to staff member Drew Alexander. I was there in the morning last week. There was at least 6 people ahead of me then eventually some behind me. He was alone in the store but maintained a great attitude. He directed some people to the kiosk for Amazon returns. He took care of everyone’s needs calmly and politely. Drew is a true asset to the team and his dedication to customer satisfaction deserves recognition!”

“Edit: the young Yemeni man at the counter today (6/20) was absolutely lovely and very helpful. I was surprised to learn he’s only 16, he handled a lot of competing customer needs with grace and double checked everything for a high level of accuracy. Five stars for him! Previous: Despite the DHL location finder website and this Google listing showing this location would be open today (6/19), I drove 20 minutes out of my way and arrived to find a locked door. Please do better with communicating your closures.”

“I had such an amazing experience at Staples, especially with Everson, Richard, and Wade at the Printing Center! I came in needing a last-minute seating chart for my wedding, printed on individual cards, and despite some issues with the printer, they worked together so patiently and professionally to make my vision come true. They were incredibly kind, accommodating, and willing to make every change I needed until I was completely satisfied with the final product. They never made me feel rushed or like I was being a bother, even though I know last-minute wedding projects can be stressful! I truly cannot thank Everson, Richard, and Wade enough for going above and beyond to help make such an important part of my wedding day perfect. The Printing Center at this Staples is absolutely phenomenal, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs printing services. Their customer service and dedication were exceptional!”

“You cannot cancel your mailbox while there is still mail in it. So, when the time came, iPostal in Seattle ignored my request to discard my mail and left it in my box for weeks when it normally takes a few days at the most. Then iPostal charged my credit card for another year of service. Nevertheless, they now have my $99.99 and I have no remote mailbox. How is that not a scam?”

“I needed something notarized and also had three children with me, right before lunchtime, so I was prepared for a challenging experience - especially when I walked in and saw 5 people in line ahead of me. The staff here are incredibly efficient and also so kind- I was utterly amazed at how quickly I was helped. Oftentimes when people are that quick, they are also not as personable or pleasant, but here they were both. I can't believe I had such an amazing experience at a UPS store.”
