Terrible service, one teller with various people on line.

Sharing this on behalf of someone else… her elderly dad went into this Wells Fargo, was made to wait an hour there to transfer money, then was not allowed to use a bathroom and had to relieve himself in the parking lot to avoid having an accident/ Please use a different bank, this one has no respect for human beings.

This branch needs a sign in sheet for when you want to sit with someone to open a CD or other investment account. We sat there for over half an hour and no one even acknowledged us. 2 other customers came in and were taken right away with no one even asking if anyone else was waiting. We walked out
