Food For Thought has changed locations. We are now located at 16 Skyline Lakes Drive #7, Ringwood, NJ.07456. We have new hours as well. Tues-Sat 10-5 ; Sunday 11-3 only until Christmas, then we will be closed Sunday and Monday. The space is beautiful and we still provide all the wellness services, education, vitamins and crystals.
