“Arrived into town for the holidays and my senior dog developed a sudden UTI. Did a quick search and found good reviews for Orchard Grove. Called them asap and they had an appointment for him right away. I could already tell from the phone call that this was the right place to bring in my Po. Dr John and the whole staff were kind and diagnosed him quickly. He received meds, treats, and lots of loving skritches.. even though he pee'd all over the lobby floor. ? Thank you!!! “Five days ago I went to the Suffern Animal Hospital with my canine B due to her licking her paws constantly causing them to become raw. Upon seeing the vet, she determined that she has some type of skin irritation and after a discussion an injectable medication was prescribed. I can’t believe the results. It was amazing, her licking and scratching subsided by about 95 %. I’m told that the shot lasts between four and eight weeks. The money spent was absolutely worth it. “We brought our new frenchie puppy in today for his first vet visit and he had a GREAT time! As soon as we walked in, every person at the front desk was in awe at him- kissing him, hugging him, baby voices! He was so excited.The vet was extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions (we had an entire list!) - very gentle with him, kept telling him how cute he was, gave treats after each procedure to make sure he didn’t associate the vet with negativity. They even went to the back and brought out a HUGE stuffed animal for him to take home - it was bigger than him!Thank you again for treating our boy with such love. They could not have been more accommodating with my boy Cole, hes a pit with anxiety and they took care of him like no other vet could. “Dr. Cropper is the most caring Vet I have had in my 40 years of owning animals. She has been there for multiple pets from dogs, cats. I especially like that she is a mobile Vet allowing less stress and anxiety on the animals. The animals look forward to her visit and greet her with wagging tails. This isnt the case when you normally take a dog to a vet office around other animals. Her love for animals shows in how she treats her patients. My Bullmastiffs adore her and are always happy to see her. I have also had to put numerous animals to sleep over 40 years.
