“Arrived into town for the holidays and my senior dog developed a sudden UTI. Did a quick search and found good reviews for Orchard Grove. Called them asap and they had an appointment for him right away. I could already tell from the phone call that this was the right place to bring in my Po. Dr John and the whole staff were kind and diagnosed him quickly. He received meds, treats, and lots of loving skritches.. even though he pee'd all over the lobby floor. ? Thank you!!! “Brought my dog here for her first visit, and I am blown away by the kindness, patience, and understanding of all the staff.My dog had a negative experience at her previous vet, so I wanted to try a new place closer to our home. Dr. Jennie Rubenstein and her staff Sahara and Kevin were fantastic. They understood my dog's fear, gave her a ton of treats and praise, and didn't push or force anything. “We brought our new frenchie puppy in today for his first vet visit and he had a GREAT time! As soon as we walked in, every person at the front desk was in awe at him- kissing him, hugging him, baby voices! He was so excited.The vet was extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions (we had an entire list!) - very gentle with him, kept telling him how cute he was, gave treats after each procedure to make sure he didn’t associate the vet with negativity. They even went to the back and brought out a HUGE stuffed animal for him to take home - it was bigger than him!Thank you again for treating our boy with such love. We will be back soon for more shots and we can’t wait!”
“We drove from Scranton, PA with our injured Green Cheek Conure - and will be returning as our primary care for our little guy. After calling every vet and animal hospital within a 2 hour drive, Country Willow was on the very short list of doctors for exotics. And more importantly, they welcomed us on short notice.Dr. Brian and the staff at the clinic were genuinely concerned and after a thorough exam eased our worries about Houdini (who is fully recovered!). “Just got back from my first time at Animal Care Center and I couldn't be happier. The staff and doc were amazing. They could not have been more accommodating with my boy Cole, hes a pit with anxiety and they took care of him like no other vet could. The last vet made me give him drugs to basically put him to sleep cause they either had no experience or just didn't want to do there job. Either way I'm so happy we have a real vet that actually cares about what they do. ? above the rest!!!!!”
