“I had very positive experiences. Scott and the woman at the counter were great. Very knowledgeable and efficient. We came for the passport appointment as a family of 3. We were 10 mins late as I had realized I needed to take copies of the documents. Scott was super accommodating and was so fast that it took about 30 mins to have all new passports done (ton of papers to attach and put in order!!!). I rare leave reviews but Scott definitely deserves some recognition!!! Copies of the documents were taken at USPS. I have successfully received my passport.”

“Went there this past Thursday for passport renewal for my daughter and son.... I had all my paperwork screwed up and Hiram (Jay) walked me thru the process to get right!!!
What a gentleman!! We got both my daughter and son's passport applications complete and we were on our way!!!

“Hard to believe I’m saying this about a government office, but this is by far the best post office in the area. The clerks are friendly, polite and helpful. Good hours and ample parking. Keep up the good work!Usually the government is completely inept and incompetent at everything it touches. But this place manages to be different.”

“I recently moved to NA and my letter carrier is the most pleasant man; even welcomed me to the neighborhood. I've never had an issue at the post office. The cashier (young man) is nice and quick. Whether I use the counter, the drop box inside the store or the mailbox right outside, everything is delivered without issue. The majority of the low rated reviews are made by entitled people living in NA that are older and miserable. I've seen the entitled behavior first hand. NA is a small town with a tiny post office that is doing their best being surrounded by larger and busier towns in the metropolitan area.”

“I had such a lovely experience this morning with the red haired woman who was working today (I unfortunately did not get her name) and it left a good impression on me! She was very patient and accommodating, and never made me feel bad if I missed something on the customs form I filled out. Sometimes going to the post office can be anxiety inducing, but she was very sweet! I've also had a good experience with the young man who works there as well. I'd say sometimes if you go in with a good and gentle disposition, you'll usually get a normal experience. They work hard and sometimes it's just one person attending so I understand when things are less than ideal. But things go so smoothly when they also treat you with kindness and respect, so kudos to this location and their staff!”
“Say what you want about this place, but likely it’s a USPS problem and not a Lodi thing. IMO this location is immensely better than the Hasbrouck heights one, and staff is much more personable- not to mention they aren’t closed for a full hour in the middle of the day for no reason”

“I work nearby and needed to mail something important today, a weekday around 10:30 a.m. There were a couple customers in there, but no line. The lady at the counter (didn't catch her name unfortunately) was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. No small talk, just business. Exactly how I like it. I was out within 3 or 4 minutes.”
“I do not think I've ever encountered a U.S. postal service with 5 stars. I was curious and in the area so visited this location, and was impressed. It's in a cute area, across the street from a cafe. The post office was clean, and not busy whatsoever. Also, the mail clerk who helped me was kind, helpful, and professional. Definitely recommend this post office if you are in the area and in need of shipping.”
“Pretty well known post office.Has everything you need from a front desk, drop off boxes, you name it. Staff are quite slow but USPS’s feel understaffed everywhere.Some post offices don’t have drop off boxes so I come to this location to which has plenty of options to send your packages.Bear in mind, post offices are overclocked during the holidays.”

“Aside from my town’s post office, I often come to this one, for its extended hours, especially on Saturdays they are open till 4pm. I always had a fast and efficient service here. All the clerks have been friendly and helpful. The post office has lots of good gifting and mailing materials available inside.”
“I was sending over 20 holiday cards to 5 different countries. I wanted to get Global stamps, but they did not have them. Anyway, after going back and forth on how to make an exact match with the stamps the post office person has, we could not. It was always 10 cents more per letter. I did not want to pay extra and asked him to print a stamp for each letter. And he did. It was extra work for him, but he did it. I wasn't kicking and screaming; I asked nicely if that could be done. An older gentleman came when we were halfway and got aggravated that he had to wait maybe 10- 15 min; he yelled something and left.
I hope all my cards will make it to their destination so my friends and family know that I miss them and love them.
