“Great, solid work. Highly recommended. Sam is great, outstanding customer service. These guys do honest work for great prices, they don't try to rip you off. Recently got work done and was quoted $200 less than my normal mechanic quoted me. And they proceeded to deliver a great job as well. Will likely be using them as my regular mechanic now.The only thing I will mention is that when I picked up my car, there seemed to be some grease/oil stains left on the tires, tire rims, and on a small portion of the hood that I had to clean. Likely just from when they were doing the repair. Not a huge deal, just something for them to keep a lookout for. Overall 5 stars though, really liked this place.”

Early in the day I was told by a Goodyear tire store that I needed to replace the tire and being annoyed I went for a second opinion to Eddie and Yoli and Eddie informed me that the tire did not have a hole in it and that no repair was needed. He charged me a small fee to put the tire back on but overall very happy with the experience and I recommend them highly!!”

“Today, I was picking up my wife at a New York City hospital and when I got in the van, noticed the "low tire monitor" was lit on the dashboard. Took the van to Ideal and saw Jason - he was with another customer, so Nick handled my concern. He first added air, then took off the tire and noticed a nail or screw in the treads. He quickly got the rolling car lift, took the tire off, repaired the tire, checked the tire pressures in all four tires, and adjusted them, as needed.
