“I took my car today 10/12/2023 because someone hit my car while parked in my drive way and didn’t bother to ring the door bell to inform me. If you ever need help to get your car fixed or anything go to Venice Auto Body & Painting Specialsts. The service I received was amazing and almost made me emotional because I was stressing out with the finances of the damage to my car. But the person who helped me made me feel more calm and relaxed. Then swiftly got the things done I needed for my car. An amazing shop.”

“Today, I was picking up my wife at a New York City hospital and when I got in the van, noticed the "low tire monitor" was lit on the dashboard. Took the van to Ideal and saw Jason - he was with another customer, so Nick handled my concern. He first added air, then took off the tire and noticed a nail or screw in the treads. He quickly got the rolling car lift, took the tire off, repaired the tire, checked the tire pressures in all four tires, and adjusted them, as needed. The whole repair was completed in under ten minutes...perfect timing. FIRST RATE experience...and a BIG thank you to NIck...wish you well with your studies to become a certified automotive technician.
