Dawn has also been very helpful. Having had some issues previously with maintenance, she's been very patient and understanding with my anxieties and has been very helpful and on top of things. Praying that this continues moving forward. Safe to say, I'm very please with the maintenance department so far this year.”

“I moved in 6 months ago and so far I like it. I moved from an apartment that I lived in for over 40 years in Passaic. I moved because Wayne is nicer and I am getting older and there is an elevator and a washer and dryer on each floor and my own thermostat. The activities are great and it’s peaceful and the office staff and the neighbors are great people. Hopefully I will be here for a very long time as well”
