Snow removal is excellent; pathways are cleaned so you can walk from your door to retrieve mail or dispose of trash.Repairs are addressed quickly and efficiently by Manager. He will keep you informed if a part needs to be ordered and follow-up till request is completed.I've been a resident since 2015 and happy to call Mayflower home.”

“The Commons is home sweet home for me central air conditioning to cool off in summer hot weather and keep warm in the winter with all the convenience shopping areas just minutes from where I stay convenient parking right in front of the door I call it convenience.when something breaks down You call the office management staff (Andy E.) will make arrangements with you so the maintenance crew can do the repairs love it.”

“I moved into Country Club Towers I three weeks ago and so far I’m very happy. My apartment is well-appointed for the age of the building (1964), noise suppression is generally excellent. HUGE windows and beautiful parquet floors make for a bright, inviting home, and heat is retained well, which saves me money.Anna was helpful explaining the leasing process and answering my multitude of questions.”

“It will be 3 years in July living here & I have really enjoyed living here . However, at least 4 months ago the water temperature in my shower has been very inconsistent. I have had maintenance here and also called several times because water temperature is not good. Taking a cold shower at night and especially in thr morning is not fun.”

“This is not a review about the complex named Fair Lawn Commons! This is a 5 star review of your Super Andy and team. I had my countertop replaced. What a stellar job. You should be proud and recognize Andy for his exceptional work. That is not a quality easily found today, in any business. I truly hope that you acknowledge what an asset he is to your company and tenants!!!!!! Getting the job done effeciently, neatly and he is very respectful. I truly hope that you do acknowledge him. I am a tenant of almost 25 years. I anticpate that you read this review and give it the same value in which it was written!”

“My family and I moved in 3 months ago. Julian in the main office was extremely helpful when I'd have any questions or concerns.The complex is very quiet and clean. Maintenance is very fast to come once you call for them which is nice because you don't have to wait around for them. Whenever something is being done in the complex a email is sent out letting you know so you can prepare for what ever it is. I was skeptical when I first read the reviews but now after living here for 3 months I can honestly say I like it”

“10/10 Recommend living at Wayne Village. The grounds are maintained very well (prompt snow removal, fixing cracked sidewalks, filling potholes, pool maintained nicely, pet waste bags always re-filled, etc). Parking is never an issue. There are ample spaces in the lots + street parking. The apartment itself is fantastic- newly renovated with stainless steel appliances, laundry in unit, heat/hot water included, and maintenance always came within 24 hours (snaking tub drain, replacing ceiling fan, etc). I’ve never had any issue with maintenance or management being unresponsive or unfriendly. The complex manager, Cathy, is always super friendly, responsive (returns calls/emails within 24 hours), and up to date on what’s going on in the complex and willing to help. I had a few noise issues with my downstairs neighbors and after contacting the office, the issues were resolved. Overall, the other residents are very on friendly and courteous. The dog park + pool are convenient, well kept, and not overly busy. There are 3 brand new grocery stores (ShopRite, Trader Joe’s, and Whole Foods) right by the complex as well. Again, I highly recommend Wayne Village to anyone looking for an upscale, pet-friendly apartment!”
