He seemed like a genuinely nice person, which helped ease my frustration about the wait. Ultimately, I'm thrilled with the quality of the repair, so I won't hold the longer completion time against them. However, I must say that the woman who called to inform me the car would be ready the following day was quite rude and inconsiderate. “I was recommend to eight Street collision by my sister who have her repairs done there .. the manager was so down .. since I walk in the manager talk to me like he knows me for years very soft spoken and down to earth.. he also have one of his workers take me over to enterprise to pick up my rental and have some one pick me up from home back to the body shop to get my car... very clean and neat when my car was returned back to me!! “Very impressed by how these folks handled the bashed bumper on my Acura. Danielle took the pictures needed for the claim and dealt with my insurance on cost differences. When the insurance check came, they ordered the parts and had me stop by to match the paint. The bumper was painted and ready to install when I dropped the car off this morning. Four hours later, they called to say the car was finished. When I got in, I noticed how clean the windshield was. Such thorough and efficient professionals!”
“My wife was involved in an accident recently, and since it was the first time in a long time since that we experienced this, we weren’t sure what to do. Normally we would just go with what our insurance told us to do, but instead listened to a friend who recommended 821 Collision. I called the establishment and spoke to the owner, Peter, who arranged tow services from the scene to his shop right away. There was extensive damage to the car, and Peter connected with me regularly updating me on the progress of the vehicle and how much longer it would be to fix. When we got it back, it looked brand spanking new and drove perfectly. The extensive undercarriage and suspension damage is completely unnoticeable and we are very satisfied with the quality work done at 821 Collision. This is not your typical body shop that just turns over damaged vehicles like an assembly line; they go over every last detail making sure it’s done right and looks perfect. I recommend this establishment highly.”
“I had a great experience at Van's working with Bruce. Our 2004 Subaru rear glass needed replacement after a storm, our insurance company Amica works directly with Van's. Getting the glass was a challenge and Bruce made it happen. He answered all my questions and satisfied my curiosity about the challenge of finding a rear glass for an old car. The rear seat got wet, and they dried it out in the shop, you'd never know it was a problem. They took great care of us and our daughter's college car. They will be my first call on any auto body repair.”

The guys here had my car in and out the same day once the part arrived, pricing was fair, and they did a phenomenal job. The installation involved a small cutout for the hitch - their work was clean and tight. Made sure the internals were strong and done right. Can't recommend them enough. “On Friday 2/16, I was traveling from NYC and while on the highway, I thought I popped 2 tires. I was scared, lost and freaking out to put it mildly. I didn’t even know what town I was in. I googled mechanics near me and this was closest. I made my way and thank God I did. The man sitting at the front desk was my guardian angel. Turns out, I did not pop 2 tires, the car shield came loose and was scraping against the floor. He fixed it immediately and refused to take any money. Of course I tipped him. I am so grateful for him helping this out of town, panicked woman. Highly recommend this place. Honest, helpful and kind. I so appreciate them.”
