“I am from Canada and I rented out a car from this location.I hid my passport under the shotgun seat, thinking that would be an ideal spot to dodge from any break in.If anyone wants to steal anything let them grab anything BUT not the Passport. However I forgot to take the passport back before returning and only realised about this until next day afternoon but this time the same car was rented out to a different person.Enterprise staff Chriss and mainly Philip K went and beyond coordinating and helped to get my passport back.Huge Toast and a Big Thanks to that good samaritan Customer who agreed to return it by cutting their vacation short, that way I was able to board plane and safe land in Canada.I was going through a panic attack and job in jeopardy.Human kindness retained.”

“Our vehicle had broke down right as we had to get on the road to get back to PA for work around 5 am 5/1. . After calling three other enterprise locations and advised no vehicles avail to rent at that time, we drove over to Metford office around 9 am. Matt G immediately assured us he had vehicles and could get me into a rental immediately. He had us in and out in less than 15 mins. The Chevy Equinox was a smooth ride and got me home in time to log into work for a few hours. If not for this location and their inventory, we were going to be stuck in Nj earliest that evening or next day.”

I need a rental car, and they gave me what they had because they were low on cars that day, but Christopher told me to call in a couple of days and if he had another car he swap out the cars, which he did. If I ever need another rental car, I'm going to Burlington every time.”

“SAVED THANKSGIVING!Hertz had ruined Thanksgiving for us but Enterprise saved it.It was more than easy and I picked up the car the same day. There were no problems with returns and my $400 hold was returned promptly.I'm so grateful. “Yes, it is true, the cars are not like budget or hurts however, i the name of the place is Rent-A- Wreck. That being said, I rented a car from them back in October and the service was impeccable. The owner and staff were kind and professional. I was not surprised that the car was not brand new.Lance and his staff were so kind and generous to me when I was in a really tough spot.
