“I stopped in to get my 2nd COVID-19 booster shot and my Flu shot, last week. I went directly to the pharmacy, as I had made an appointment online. It was a straightforward process. Both shots were free. You still need to produce your insurance card and ID first. There is no charge to you, but your insurance company foots the bill and handles the getting paid-reimbursement process. (Enough of that.) The young man in the pharmacy that handles administering the shots is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional! He made the process move along even smoother than it already would have! Great job Tyler! I had to give him a shout out! It's also really nice that this is my neighborhood Walgreens. The entire pharmacy staff was welcoming and professional, at this location! If you plan on getting a COVID-19 booster or Flu shot here, you must make an appointment online through their app or their webpage and schedule a date and time slot. Walk-ins are not accepted. The whole process, start to finish took about 30 minutes.”
“I love working with this Specialty Pharmacy. I work as a coordinator, and have to coordinate my patient's medication deliveries. Banks is so easy to work with, there's never any wait times on the phone, they're so friendly, and they deliver their medication with chocolates. I love this place. They are bar far better than any other pharmacy I have to work with!!”

“Good prices. Used this pharmacy for a couple of years now after getting mediocre service from another out of state pharmacy for our dogs compound prescriptions. They do however lag in time from when the prescription gets faxed over to when they start the compounding process. Sometimes you have to call them and tell them to go to the fax machine and look for it. 3 days lag time, 2 days for compounding plus delivery could be 7 - 10 more days before arrival. Fixing this issue would put them on top of the list. 2 weeks waiting for heart meds could be dangerous. You learn to compensate time for this mismanaged area when ordering.”
“They are incredible; personal care, responsive, no long waits. Everyone should do themselves a favor and drop CVS or whatever big box pharmacy they use and switch to these guys. Was on a tele health visit and they called with my script filled within 40 min of hanging up with the doc.”

“Want to go to an old time, old fashioned Pharmacy? Boyd's Pharmacy in Medford, NJ is the place. The Pharmacist, Marvin Wainwright, who helped me was beyond caring and knows his craft. He explained everything in words I understood. The young man at the front who helped me with my script and I am sorry to say I forgot his name, went out of his way to help me when I called on the telephone. You walk in there and the place is a breath of fresh air, like a Spring day, so unlike the known chain Pharmacies, I go to in my area, where they don't even know your name. I drove one hour to get there, but trust me it was worth every mile. Wish I lived in Medford.Check Boyd's Pharmacy out, you will be pleasantly surprised and leave happy.”

“This is the friendliest and most courteous, among most professional pharmacy that I have yet to experience. I transferred here recently after years with Walgreens and could no longer take the lack of communication between the pharmacist and me. Prior authorizations would never initiated, calls to my physicians when necessary were not fulfilled, and worst of all I never once was counseled on my medications (even my biologics!)!I experienced a 180 degree shift however when I made the transition to this pharmacy and Michael G. welcomed me into his pharmacy. His caring demeanor in addition to filling and explaining how the details of my medications in such an expeditious manner were second to none. Simply put, I will never look back. He is my pharmacist. “I just started going to this pharmacy a few months ago. Everyone that works here including the pharmacist are so friendly and helpful. I have never waited more than 20 minutes to get my scripts filled, they even offer delivery for an extra $10 so you don't have to travel or if you're just sick and don't want to leave your house. They call me instead of an automated VM letting me know if one of my medications is due and that it has already been filled. One really important factor here they are non-judgmental, meaning many times if you are on certain medications the pharmacist and their helpers will treat you like a druggie or even like a shoplifter I have never been treated this way and have always been given the utmost respect when there.. definitely worth the 35 minute drive for me.. but now I use the delivery service too!”

“I called to see if I could get the Moderna or Pfizer vaccinations over my Android and the woman I spoke with over the telephone told me that I had to have Part D in prescriptions in my Medicare Coverage because I wanted to get my second booster shot being a Marine Corps Veteran and I have already received two Moderna shots and one Pfizer Booster shot so she told me that when I come in they could check for me but unfortunately it wasn't covered in my Medicare coverage so I wasn't able to receive the second Booster shot but they treated me real respectfully there though.”
