“I have been getting my son prescriptions here for almost 7 months and they have been so helpful with information and kind. I recently began getting my own prescriptions here and it is the first time in a long time that I ever felt that the pharmacist actually cared to remember who I was and offered sympathetic and kind words towards a medical condition I was experiencing. You wont find that kind of empathy at your larger chains. This type of personal service you will only get a these smaller pharmacys. I strongly recommend if you're the kind of person who wants to know info on your medicine and want a pharmacy who actually cares thank you so much”

I have since moved away from Bensalem but I still keep my prescriptions at this pharmacy...and I always pick up some groceries when I pick up my prescriptions.”

“On 5/24/2022, I reserved a pick up order. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS ACME AGAIN...or quite possibly any acme EVER! I ordered a decent amount of fruit....3 lbs of strawberries, a bag of avocados, watermelon, and other items that are not a part of this complaint. So, 1 or 2 soft strawberries throughout 3 containers wouldn't be an issue.....but when EVERY SINGLE STRAWBERRY WAS MOLD, all 7 avocados were completely rotten, and my watermelon was completely rotten and mold inside....WE HAVE A PROBLEM! I find it very inconvenient to pull this fruit out to begin preparing it for a party and all of it was MOLD/ROTTEN! This is not the first issue of out of date items at this store. A little over a month ago, I bought a jar a miracle whip. When I went to open the jar, it was expired well over a year. I took the jar back to the store the ignorant woman at customer service told me to go get a new one... NOT A SORRY, NOT EVEN OFFER A REFUND. So I go get another jar, paying attention to the date- EXPIRED! So I bring that as well as a in-date jar back to customer service. Do you think I was thanked for doing someone else's job, NOPE! Handed me the in-date jar with my receipt and sent me on my way. DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING DELI DEPT AND IGNORANCE OF THE INCOMPITENT PEOPLE WORKING IN THERE. While I understand,mistakes happen......the lack of care and concern at this store is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. PS: Spoke to corporate and got a refund for the fruit. But that does not excuse any of this.”

Hank is always so patient with not just with myself but with all customers. Hank is polite, helpful and patient. I hope that CVS recognizes I get employee when I have one. The salesgirl tried helping me and finally offered to sign me up for a CVS discount card, I accepted her offer. and walked out a happy CVS member carrying my 2 boxes of Russell Stover candy.”

Lisa, the staff pharmacist, was busy upon my arrival. She took the time and did what was needed to transfer the script to her location and got me out the door in less than 15 minutes. I'm lucky to have her as my new pharmacist!”
