“My husband's tire blew. Heard great things and they were the only place with his tire size nearby. They got him in, all 4 new tires installed, and aligned right away (there was only one other person ahead of us). What a relief to have everything fixed quickly so we didn't have to worry about how to get to work the next day! They also gave his vehicle a once over and told us what we would need fixed soon. Great, fast, thorough service!”

“BILL! I came in today and had an awesome experience, thanks to Bill. It was a relief to see him at this shop. He does my oil change at the Audubon location. Recently I relocated to Mapleshade and I was a bit nervous to take my BMW truck someplace unfamiliar. My wife suggested that I use the same company but closer location. I was nervous, but happy wife, happy life, right? So I took my wife’s advice and was so relieved to see a familiar face. Bill reassured me that ALL of the mechanics are professionals and we were in great hands. “Omg. This place really saved me. I was driving home from work when my tire pressure light came on and my tire was leaking so much air that I was running out of time before it was completely flat. I pulled up to Mavis in Delran and asked could they please help me because they were about to close in the next 10 minutes. Remy was so pleasant and helpful he came outside took a look at my tired and noticed the thread on my tires was also pretty low. He took my car keys. “I live in upstate New York and was looking to buy a used car, I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection since I would be buying site unseen. I found Alexander’s Auto when searching for auto shops near the dealer from which i’d be purchasing. I called Alexander’s to schedule an appointment and informed them of what I’d be doing. They assured me that it was no problem and they wouldn’t provide any info regarding the inspection to the seller, only directly to me. They performed a thorough inspection which highlighted many areas not seen in photos from the seller or mentioned by the seller. Alexander’s also asked good questions regarding my intent with the car to help me make a better informed decision based on the things that needed work as to whether it would be worth the cost needed to get the car in shape. are rampant, meeting Michelle and the staff at Matthew was a breath of fresh air.
I don't live in the area, but,I have referred them to two other friends who are very happy with their services and very happy with the price for the services, which is value.
I believe the hardest thing to find today is honesty. As a consumer, we don't know what we don't know.
Because of the distance from my home to their place of business, I did not bring my car here first. After taking my vehicle to a local mechanic who did not solve the problem, I decided to take my vehicle to Matthey, .because I trusted them, based on the experience of my good friends.
If you don't have extra money to waste, then take your vehicle here first and save yourself money. Because of convenience, I made a poor decision costing myself time, not having my vehicle which cost money. They not only diagnosed the problem and solved it within a day, but the estimate was right on, and the car was running better than ever. I trusted my local mechanic, which cost three weeks and they solved the problem in a day.
Their price structure is very forward, and very fair. More importantly, they focus on the work and provide a two year guarantee along with their services.
Now that my vehicle is running, I will be taking it to Matthey for all future work.
