“I scheduled my appointment on the same day and arrived early. I had to wait for a while and I complained to one of the nurses why I wasn’t being called in. She apologized for the inconvenience and explained that since I made the appointment on the same day, it’s considered a stand by appointment. Although I wasn’t pleased about having to wait, the fact that she took her time to explain the situation was very helpful.”

“Great experiences with the rapid covid testing here. I was able to schedule an appointment the day of, the whole testing process took 2 minutes, they test you right from the car, and I got my results in less than an hour.Also, the test was less expensive than a previous place I'd gone to where the experience was a literal day of misery waiting in line outside etc. Life saver for situations where I've needed proof of a negative test result in a pinch!”
“As a veterinarian, I know that PCR tests only take about 3 to 4 hours to run. I realize in the beginning of the pandemic, labs were backed up as there were not enough doing the tests. Both my son and I have been tested at this lab in recent weeks. My turnaround time was less than 5 hours, my son's about 12 hours. They are quick, efficient, and very friendly. They also came out to my car to get the sample, making it a much safer experience for them and for me as I am showing upper respiratory signs. Thankfully the PCR was negative!”

“I checked in on the kiosk at 8:50am and was out by 9am!! This is a well run location - very professional and for a Saturday morning (and even in general) I was out faster than it takes to get my morning coffee! Staff is very professional also!! It looked very busy when I walked in - almost every chair in the waiting room filled, and it was still that fast!”

“I was honestly nervous coming here because of the previous reviews, especially about difficult blood draws- but my experience was the complete opposite.
Veronica, the phlebotomist, was excellent! She got the vein on the first try, was very gentle and patient, and checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was okay. One of the easiest blood draws I’ve had, even with a large number of tests.
The front desk was efficient, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Overall, this was a smooth, positive experience, and I’m really glad I didn’t let the reviews scare me away!”

“Thank you to the professional and kind staff here. I walked in at 1:58 on a Friday not realizing they closed at 2pm to get testing done for my 4 year old daughter. They took us without hesitation and were amazing with my daughter. Because they took us in we discovered next morning she needed to go to the ER for her blood and iron levels. We didn’t have to wait until Monday for the blood test. So grateful and appreciative.”
