“I’m local to this store and surprised why so many people complain about employees being rude.
Had multiple interactions with the store in past few years, for a variety of transactions including shipping, dropping amazon packages, hold for pickups and even a fingerprint appointment.
Employee has always been polite and reasonable. If you know what to expect for what you try to do, you will never have any problems with this store.
Google rating does not do justice to the owner and employees in this case.”

In this particular instance, I was in desperate need of a medium size print job within 3 days. Mark and David were able to take the job, work with my design team and get the work done within my time frame. “I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for over 10 years, and the owner has always been extremely hardworking, helpful and kind. He consistently provides excellent service with a great attitude. One time, I even saw a customer walk out because of a long line, and the owner went all the way to the parking lot to make sure the person was okay and not upset .... that really showed how much he cares.
