“I had a wonderful 4-night stay earlier this month. The staff was very friendly and offered a delicious welcome cookie upon my arrival. I stayed in the “cozy” room with a queen size bed. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a nice shower with good water pressure. I felt very safe in this quiet, lovely hotel. I would definitely recommend this place and loved the location for its easy walking proximity to the museums I wanted to see.”

“This was our second time at the Harlem Flip House. We really enjoyed our stay - again 😀! It’s very peaceful and has a very special charm. It seems like a nice mixture between a boutique hotel and staying at a friend’s place.
The shower is the best we had in a long time. Old fashioned but very powerful🚿.
Very recognizable if you’re not looking for a anonymous hotel!”

“We loved this hotel. The service was excellent. They were beyond helpful, kind and friendly through our whole stay. The location is calm and upscale. The Fine Hotels and Resorts benefits with American Express are great. Our room definitely needed some upgrades. It showed a lot of wear from the years. However, the room was still very comfortable but lost in its sense of luxury due to the wear. It was kind of a bummer but wouldn’t deter me from staying there again. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again!”
“A fantastic stay at The Lowell. Quiet, elegant, and effortlessly classic. The service was exceptional, and the entire experience felt very special without ever being overdone. Would happily stay again.”

“This is an iconic property. Some of the associates are very professional and understand the hospitality, food, beverage, and prerequisite expectations. Food is more or less solid, but not exceptional. That is something that needs corrected by Chef Jean-George.”

“As a travel advisor, I’ve had the pleasure of communicating with Ray while exploring options for a VIP client, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. Ray has been incredibly kind, responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely eager to help, truly going above and beyond at every turn. That level of hospitality makes such an impression, especially when coordinating special experiences for clients. If my experience with Ray is any indication, the service at this hotel is absolutely top-notch. Thank you, Ray, for being so wonderful to work with!”

“We are accustomed to Bluegreen's usually huge suites, so the rooms were small. This was expected. And the addition of a pullout couch made our stay work just perfectly. We needed an affordable option to bring the whole family to Broadway. Success! We enjoyed the experience. Thumbs up all around!”
“Perhaps my expectations were too high but I was left feeling disappointed by my experience. My room had a dirty towel, no soap at the sink, and the room key from the prior occupant was left behind. There was also an odd high pitched hum in the room that went in and out day and night. Overall, the hotel is nice and the room is nice, but the little things were off.”

“If you’re looking for a place to visit Manhattan for the day, look no further. After years of traveling, this is by far one of the best places I’ve found. Real gated parking on-site, not just a drop-off area like many others. I’ll definitely be back!”

“I am from Canada. Had a great stay, unfortunately we had an emergency and left early. I left a bag behind. Staff were great in assisting in its return by dropping it off at the local FedEx. Very grateful.”
“I was warmly welcomed and personally shown around Fasano by Ana Schuetz, and it was an experience that reminded me just how exceptional she is. Having worked with Ana in the past, I already knew the level of excellence and integrity she brings to everything she does—but seeing her in this new role only reaffirmed that.
Ana’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a lasting impression. She goes beyond just hospitality—she makes you feel truly cared for. Fasano is fortunate to have someone who not only understands great customer service but embodies it with such sincerity. Her presence is a reflection of the values any top-tier establishment would be proud of. Thank you, Ana, for the outstanding experience!”
“I stayed in the The Surrey for a few days when visiting family. Among the 5 star hotels in the area (I have stayed at The Mark and The Carlyle), The Surrey is my favorite. The rooms are beautiful and the bathrooms luxurious. Everything is new and modern, and very tastefully designed. My room was very clean. The restaurant is another gem, with delicious breakfast (I recommend the scrambled egg and avocado toast) and lunch/dinner options. Highly recommend.”

“Budget friendly and close to Manhattan (it's the first bus stop out of the Lincoln Tunnel). The bathrooms are shared, so bring shower shoes. Window AC units work great. This is optimal for solo travelers because it is a good value and close to where you want to be. All the locks are electronic combination doors, so keep your phone with you just in case you need to call or look up a message from mgmt. Might stay again under right circumstances.”

“Hotel has a “home” feeling. Staff is very nice, customer service is great. Especially Juliet who can be found smiling and greeting everyone. Would definitely recommend for a trip, short or long te. Hotel also offers free breakfast which is a plus.”
“This hotel is in an excellent location centrally located & easily within walking distance to Central Park, 5th Ave, and Times Square. The staff was very professional, kind, and helpful. We checked in with no line at all around 7 PM but did notice the line being much longer the next day around 3-4:00 PM. The elevators are currently being renovated, but we honestly would have never known if they hadn't told us that ahead of time. We never waited more than a 2-3 minutes for an elevator at any time. They also helped us use the service elevated a couple of times when we noticed a larger group waiting for an elevator downstairs. We had a family suite on floor 43 and access to the executive lounge for free continental breakfast each morning. It's nothing fancy but had a pretty good variety and the food was great. The room was very clean and had plenty of space for 5 people. There was a small refrigerator, but we would have liked to have had a coffee pot and microwave (for warming up some leftovers). I would definitely stay here again!”

“Got married at Park Lane over the weekend. Worked closely with Charlie, the catering + events manager, who has a deep understanding of what it really means to offer high-touch luxury service. I’ve worked in luxury retail/customer experience in NYC for many years and have a pretty high standard for what constitutes good service and not once did I have a complaint or issue. Charlie fielded all of my silly questions and concerns with grace. I had a hotel block as well and all my guests were happy. I stayed in a suite and we were gifted custom embroidered robes with our wedding date(very classy touch). Hotel is beautiful. Staff was kind and attentive. Food was DELICIOUS. Nothing went wrong. I had the time of my life. Highly recommend. Thank you !!!!!!”
“We went here for a social event but did not stay. It is really a very beautiful hotel from what we saw: lobby, bathrooms, conference rooms, common areas. Staff was very helpful. There was a restaurant called Finch and a bar but we didn't use either.”
“I would like to say as a native of NJ, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Kyla (or Kyria), along with Carl and Laura were absolutely amazing. The breakfast was amazing. The happy hour was amazing. The various kinds of hot tea in the evening…all of it was great. I would work there simply because of the people! If every Marriott property can reflect this level of customer service and cleanliness, it would increase business!
I will surely stay here again when I come back to visit.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I’ve stayed here a few times over the years and it’s always been a reliable choice. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff has consistently been friendly and accommodating.
The location is hard to beat if you’re visiting the Paramus area, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and easy highway access nearby. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and the common areas were clean and inviting.
Overall, a comfortable stay and a good value. I’d happily stay here again.”

“Nice, clean hotel. $15 parking per night. Fee for breakfast unless you book a reservation with it included. Breakfast usually includes bread/bagels, oatmeal, fruits, cereals, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, ham strips, seasoned country potatoes, mini quiche with cheese/ham/onions and alternating days of either pancakes or french toast sticks. Sometimes bacon or sausage may show up. A little noisy thanks to trucks using their air brakes as they approach the GW bridge.”
“Nice clean hotel. Its not the Marriott but very reasonable. Extremely close to the GW & 1/3 of long island hotel rate. Good hot water shower with ample supply of body soap, shampoo & conditioner. Generous towels. Blanket is thin, I would ask for a 2nd (August w-AC on). Didn't go to the breakfast. I felt safe & in a nice area. Paramus mall is 2 minutes away. GW 10 minutes. No premium TV channels or options to buy movie & remotes need upgrading. My personal Hulu worked on my phone. Fridge, freezer & microwave in my room were decent. Parking was good. Really nice Mexican food restaurant attached to hotel. It was very quiet & I was floor 1 next to hotel's laundry. I didn't hear the cars on the parkway at all.”
