The team at the store make me wait 45 minutes to take care of me cause I had two customers in front of me...and after I waited some one came to said that I already 5:53 pm and they are closing in 7 minutes and there not time to help me.
I so mad that they make me waste my time for not reason...they could said anything at least heads up or something...but not only that ...these guy keep and coming to me telling me that soon will be my turn ...Four times came over like every 10 minutes so that I the end he only said sorry its on me.
That person doesn't belong on that position, he need training or moved to a different positions.
Very bad way to conduct business.

Johan is the worst manager ever. Very poor customer service . Makes me wish I never switched from Android. Don’t go to this store! If Apple trains their managers this way you will have nothing but trouble! Johan should seek out a different career because he sucks at this one.

I noticed this store has a bunch of negative reviews, so I thought I would leave mine. Nothing bad to say, a young college kid named Matt helped me out. He was friendly, professional and helpful.

Everything was going great. Unfortunately, I was having a problem with my tap to pay. So, while in the store I placed the order online so that my card would go through. I was told by the salesman it should be 15-20 minutes before it was ready...he also told me to pick any time tomorrow. Now, all the items I was purchasing were in front of me. So, I leave and wander for 20 minutes, then come back...not ready. They say that I will get an email when it's ready. I wander around for an hour and go back. I am then told that since the pick up time is tomorrow there is no way to get it today. I asked if it could be delivered...no, can I choose a different pick up time...no. I was so frustrated. I was very annoyed, not because of the fact I had to pick it up tomorrow, but the fact that I wasted an hour wandering around thinking I was getting it today. I came home, canceled the order, put in a new order and it is being delivered today. If I had know that from the beginning I just would have ordered it online at 11:00 this morning.

Worst experience ever at an Apple Store. This is one of the closest locations and my family and I shop at Apple frequently. I wouldn’t come back to this store again. I am under warranty for my mega safe wallet and they said it’s not covered. I’ve had other wallets in the past and wear and tear has always been taken care of. At first they told me it would be covered after talking for a few minutes the guy came back and said it would not be. Why did the manager say yes to me when he looked at my mega safe wallet in the first place. It’s bullshit.

I spent over three hours being sent back and forth between AT&T and your store regarding the advertised $1100 promotion for trading in my phone.
AT&T confirmed that they could accept my phone and honor the $1100 promotion, and instructed me to sign up and take my new physical phone at the Apple Store. However, once at the store, I was told by the manager incorrectly that I was not eligible for the special offer and that I should wait until new shipments arrived.Not only was this misleading and a direct contradiction of AT&T’s confirmation, but your staff also made an unprofessional remark, accusing AT&T their partner—of wanting to “make a profit.” That kind of statement is unacceptable and disrespectful to both me as a customer and to your partners. Everyone is trying to make a a profit but I am your customer.

Johan the “team leader” refused to give me my paid for Apple products after driving over an hour to get there then waiting in line for 15 minutes.
Brought my order number and government issued ID as per Apples website but Johan with a smug face says I can’t give you your items without the QR code.
Never a, let me see how we can help, perhaps I can assist you, nothin! Not even a smile. Just a “you gotta call Apple customer service.” And by the way, the employee in front checking you in found me and my order in his iPad.
Team leader? Hopefully his team isn’t following in his footsteps steps.
I’ll go out of my way to pick up my products from another location to avoid poor customer service. I can now see why they rate a 3.8 on Google reviews….
Perhaps Apple should update their pick up policies, see the snipe from the Apple website in the images.

DO NOT COME TO THIS APPLE STORE. I’d prefer to take the drive to Short Hills Mall.
Disappointed with the customer service I received today. I visited the store with the intention of purchasing an iPad and was informed of a promotion that included a complimentary accessory. I selected a pair of AirPods as my free accessory.
However, upon finalizing the transaction, I discovered that the total amount exceeded the initially quoted price. It was brought to my attention that Kris, the sales representative, had added the fourth-generation AirPods, which incurred an additional charge of $50. This was not the item I had requested or agreed to receive. My intention was solely to purchase the iPad, and I was misled into believing that the AirPods would be provided free of charge as part of the promotion. Despite bringing this discrepancy to the attention of both Kris and a supervisor named Chris, I was left with the impression that my concerns were not adequately addressed.
I am deeply disappointed by this experience and believe it reflects poorly on your establishment. No action was taken.

Made an 11:10 appointment to replace an AirPod under AppleCare+. Checked in at 11:05. I’ve now been at the Genius Bar for 30 minutes with no assistance. Go to Bridgewater.

Diana created a warm and welcoming environment. I don’t know much about the inner working of iPhones so Diane made sure to walk me through everything part of the process of fixing my Face ID.
If I ever need to go back for any kind of repair I’ll be sure the ask if she’s available. 10/10 service.
