“This is a busy quick check and I’ve been going here on and off for years. Although I prefer Wawa, the staff here is really nice and helpful. Seeing some of these reviews, these reviewers are overly exaggerating and racist. Someone claimed that some workers were related to management, not true. Feeling unwelcomed ? They are at a busy location, so no you can’t say hi to every single person. There’s a large glass around the front so who is going to shout over it just to say hi? Some of these reviewers seem very bitter. One thing happens and now they want to post 1 star reviews. Grow up.”

This environment can be exceptionally challenging with new systems, staff turnover, complex processes, compliance requirements, very fast, busy pace, etc. Customers are often confused, frustrated, etc. and I've seen your team members on multiple occassions eloquently handle tough situations. Personally, I appreciate that my questions always get answered thoroughly and timely.”
