PROS: Very nice goodwill that has a large inventory selection and nice staff. Loads of parking as well while they have some good quality products CONS: the items are slightly overpriced compared to other goodwills OVERALL: As long as you don't mind spending a little more on thrift items I would recommend coming here

The store was fine, but the lady Donna, was incredible.Usually, when you ask a sales associate "where can I find__X__" you get a non committed grunt and a finger in the general direction of the isles. When I asked Donna a question about lipgloss, she immediately not only showed me where, but then asked a bunch of helpful questions to figure out exactly what it was that I needed. Then she proceeded to find and recommend product's that we're on my list. Honestly one of the best retail experiences I've ever had.

Some of the prices are pretty insane ($3.99 for a sign I’ve bought at dollar tree) but you just have to be aware of what you’re looking at. Got a Lakers flag for cheap as well as build a bears

I have been going to this store since day one since when they first opened. But now prices are just crazy. Figurines at $90. And a pot $39. Is insane..this is not a discount store is the GOODWILL.

Buyer Beware. I bought a DVD player. When I got home it didn't work. I went back to the store the next day. They wouldn't take it back. They said company policy is all sales are final. Doesn't matter if it's broke or not. I guess a profitable non-profit business model is to eliminate return customers. I won't be donating or shopping there anymore. For $10 bucks they lost a customer forever. I will go to Re-Store on Route 10 in Rockaway from now on.

As a frequent patron over the years, I've observed a multitude of staff members come and go at this establishment. Amidst this ever-changing landscape, one individual stands out prominently: Anna.Anna embodies dedication and professionalism in her work. Her warm, ever-present smile and her willingness to assist those in need are truly commendable. She excels in efficiently managing the customer line and displaying swift and adept service at the cashier desk. The Goodwill of Rockaway is undoubtedly fortunate to have Anna as an integral part of their team. She not only contributes her dedication and professionalism but also serves as a proven leader, guiding and inspiring her fellow team members.

Hard to find anything good. The prices are relatively high for the Goodwill.

I bought a winter jacket for $20. When I got home in the light I realized the whole bottom hem and inside hem was ripped and undone. I can’t wear this anywhere. I went back the next day to exchange as per the Goodwill Website states you can do and the cashier told me they don’t accept returns. Very disappointing that they would sell a jacket in this bad of a shape.

I've been going here for a long time. Recently, quality has gone down quite a bit. The shelves are messy and the clothes don't have much if any organization by size. Prices have gone up quite a bit, passed what I would expect from a thrift store.

Tried to donate items other than clothes- attendant claimed too full. Took the drive not expecting to be turned away.

Good place for clothing, alot of women's clothing, and various other items, like glasswares. Their stock moves fast, so you need to go visit often. There's storewide weekly 40% off colored tag sales. I have never left there without something. Nice people, and very clean store.

Dropped off some used clothing and kitchen articles to a place where I know they will go to good use.
