A blonde worker (whose name I forgot to ask for) approached me and held up some clothing making suggestions. A very sweet interaction. While running the register and the sales floor, she also informed me where the deal of the day tagged items were.
When we got to the register her mood seemed to do a 180 and she seemed down and like she was trying to take care of a million different things(if you work retail—you know), (and other reviews have noted this same thing happening with what I’m assuming is this same person, actually) but nonetheless, she still made me want to return to this location.
My complaint really falls on what appeared to be a staffing issue. A suggestion: hire more people so this woman can continue to drive up sales. Running around the store (while I’m assuming the other workers have their head down) obviously exhausted her. She went from smiley to looking really exhausted in a matter of 10 minutes.
If you don’t take care of your workers, they will move on to somewhere where they are appreciated. I hope she finds a good spot because she was probably one of the nicest workers I’d interacted with in a LONG time… just so disappointing to see her running the store by herself while seeing other workers not bother to help her.
AND most of the clothing she suggested, we bought. I’m so sorry for not being able to give her credit. It was Thursday May 29th at about 12 PM if you can look up who was working that day.
If you read until here; retail workers sometimes are working long hours, with other workers that don’t care and they probably get yelled at AT LEAST once per day. Remember that before you’re quick to write something damaging… could end up being their job.
And no it is not OK for people to be rude to each other, but remember that if someone isn’t giving you 110% it could be for a good reason…especially at a super busy GoodWill.
My heart goes out to that super nice person. I hope things change for you!! Thank you for being awesome!!!! (:

Just got finished dropping off things at the donation center and was helped by the greatest guy! David Walker was the store associate who helped me sort my drop offs and who I had a lovely chat with! He was extremely helpful, kind, and funny and he gave me some great recommendations for a honeymoon I’m starting to plan. He definitely knows his stuff! Thanks David!!! We will be back :)

First off the store is dirty and dusty. The racks are packed. Prices are high. The bathroom is gross! Prices are high. And you'll be rushed at checkout after waiting patiently your turn. Always busy. Alot of broken stuff also.

I really don't like leaving a low review for a Goodwill store, but I recently had an experience that made me uneasy about shopping here in the future. I found a suitcase insert near the backpacks (its basically a organizer that goes inside a suitcase and is pretty small- it was priced $2.99). When I checked out at the front the cashier started looking for a second pricetag accusing me of switching it with one of a cheaper price. I told them to check the cameras and watch me walk right from that part of the store to the checkout area, why would I change a pricetag on something, and more importantly why was I assumed to have done so by the cashier? The thing I was buying was worth no more than $10 brand new and it was tagged $3 at a Goodwill in used condition with visible wear...

I always find a major gem when shopping here! The place is organized and clean - there are always workers tidying up and keeping things orderly. Some of the sizes are in the wrong spot but it's not enough to keep me away! The staff is helpful and kind. This is my favorite thrift shop in the area.

Saw patio lounge chair in box. Worker said he just put one together and customer bought it. I asked how much the one in box cost and he advised $20.00. I told him I wanted it and could he assemble that one. He started to take parts out of box and assemble , then said he would take in back and finish assembling it. I waited about 10 minutes and he returned to tell me someone else just came and bought it. I was near register while I was waiting for him to assemble it and saw no one purchase that chair. I went to back of store and spoke to manager . I explained the worker was obviosly a liar. The manager told me this is his store and the worker was just doing his job. Somebody working there must have seen the chair and decided to keep it for themselves! Shady stuff going on there!

They price things a bit higher than I would expect at any goodwill store. But I may be out of touch. I simply do not feel they give these second hand things a proper price nor proper attention.
It feels like a haphazard organization

I bought a TV and I went to refund it the same day I bought it and they stole my money and they didn't want to give it back to me
