Things are explained to me and solutions are found. I have been on a Verizon plan my whole life. “Disappointingly long wait time to return a device that was shipped due to Verizon's mistake. Already inconvenient enough that I have to come in but waiting 30 minutes to return something is ridiculous. Not even that many other people in the store today.
Some old guy was grumpy and not helpful but manager Derick was able to help direct me. Apparently not every Verizon place takes Verizon equipment. If you have Fios don't waste your time here”
