Not really impressed. What am I supposed to think when Verizon has to send you to another store to fix a relatively simple problem. For the price I pay for phone and cable, they should be able to fix everything and anything. Very disappointing.

Needed to add a business line and thanks to Dan it was seamless and smooth. He was able to answer all my questions as well as get me out that day with my new phone. Couldn't recommend this location or Dan enough!

I went to Verizon for help with my phone and Daniel stepped right in to help me. He got everything I needed done quickly and easily. He was a great help, professional, efficient, and friendly. Verizon needs more employees like him. Highly recommend!
