Ramada by Wyndham Rockaway offers overall good value, with by far the best rates. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and exemplary. Rooms are extremely clean and stocked with extras, though the property needs a face lift and furniture has seen better days. Beds are comfortable and okay. Breakfast is decent but small, with only two cereal choices, though pancakes or waffles are rather good. Minor issues include doors that stick and a lack of in-room refrigerators, though staff assists with storage. Room service needs serious improvement, but the location is good and the hotel is free from common troubles, making it a highly recommended stay.
Rooms were fine. Bed was fine. Front desk was defensive and begrudging when asked for more pillows and towels for 3 people. Housekeeping was one of three nights we stayed.

Decent hotel in my opinion, pretty decent price with a nice included breakfast! (Tip: come before 5pm to get a chance to choose a room with a balcony or not.) Also note, no elevator.
