“Maggie helped stuff bears to give to my family. I was hoping to get sound recordings added to them but wasn't able to due to store policy and my late grandfather's extremely vulgar sense of humor. It was a bit of a bummer that I couldn't get it done but glad to see they aim to protect the ears of their main customer base. I was able to find record-your-own voice boxes that will do the job. Everyone was friendly thanks again!”

“Very nice alternative to the BIG, GIANT sized bookstores. The one at Rockaway Town Square was the 1st I've heard of or seen. It is laid out nicely and the staff is polite, knowledgeable and very helpful...always helpful with a smile, a please and a thank you. It's a pleasure doing business at places like as this. Funny, I went in with a couple of specific titles in mind and ended up leaving with 8! Wish there was a store nearer to where I live...on 2nd thought...maybe better that I have to drive 30 miles to get there...if too close, my home may end up looking like our local Library! I did order online...a small paperback...arrived bent with corner damage (minor but should NOT be there) packaged in a cardboard "sleeve"...it's a paperback...make your packaging more secure/stronger...more resistant to bends and damage no matter how minor. When you pay for something NEW...condition should be perfect. We'll see on the next one!”

“Cool little store. Has a lot to look at. Everything is affordably priced. Basically a upscale "dollar store". Parking lot is a little dicey getting in and out. I suggest parking in the lot right next to the building by the entrance and not across from it.”
