The service is outstanding, the staff are friendly and attentive, the gas prices are reasonable, and the location is convenient. They also have an impeccable selection of snacks, which is always appreciated on a long drive.
Ciernan, in particular, is always a bright spot whenever I stop by. On one occasion, when my tires were deflated while getting gas, he immediately came out to help without hesitation. “I've been coming here for about a year now, having had a very bad experience with my previous mechanic. I have 3 cars, two of them over 10 years old. I do basic maintenance myself (oil/filter change, air filters, fluids, etc.), but I needed a mechanic to do things like brakes and exhaust.

No upselling and great integrity in their work and in themselves. Very to the point with no fluffing or sales pitch. They also stand by their work. They’re worth every dime and much more honestly. None the less they’re reasonable and treat you like a human and not an endless bank. If what they need to do changes, which is rare, 1. They tell you 2. Its vitally necessary, unavoidable, and for your safety. Also notice the certificates in the office. The dates and what for. They keep their diagnostics sharp and always evolving their knowledge and techniques for effective efficiency no matter how many years they’ve been under the hood. “Great prices, need membership though. Love their new feature that tells when a pump is empty, its helpful when trucks or vens are getting filled and is impossible to know if a car has moved out. A nice indicator tells which pump is open for service. People are very helpful and come to support with anything.”

“I had an issue with the air conditioning in my car, I stopped by the nearest mechanic shop to have it checked out which happened to be Johnson Service Center in Hackensack. Jimmy the mechanic and owner told me to pull it in the driveway of the shop and he’d have a look. At the time, I noticed he had other projects going on so I thought for sure he was gonna take a look and schedule an appointment for a later date, however he told me he could fix it in 30 minutes and asked if now was a good time to start. He hooked up my car, I waited a little less than 30 mins and I was on my way! Highly recommend this body shop, and grateful that Jimmy was so quick and accommodating, despite his busy shop! Will be using him for all future mechanical needs!”
