“I am so glad I found John and his staff. He's an old school Mechanic who knows anything and everything about my cars. He only uses quality parts. To be honest John is so so busy he has little time to talk but he's so honest, and friendly and is a god send. I'm so glad I found him honest car mechanics are hard to come by these days. I give him 10 stars if i could. My 2 cars I bought my 2021 Lexus RX 350 for a full brake job,and my brothers car that was in ICU that he brought back to life now drives like brand new now.”

“It's rare to find such excellence like the service provided at E&A Small Machines ! I've had our Toro snow blower serviced/repaired there twice in the past few years( separate issues each time ) and found these folks to be totally customer focused and truly expert at what they do. E&A has gotten us through several major snow storms between 2025 and 2026 and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and reasonable cost shop as well as the finest small machines repair business around. Many Thanks, E&A Small Machines !”

“Buying a car can be stressful, but Kyle made the entire process easy, smooth, and enjoyable. He is honest, professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his customers. He took the time to answer all my questions, never pressured me, and made sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase. The fact that I came back to buy a second vehicle for my daughter with his guidance and assistance says a lot about the trust and confidence I have in his service. If you’re looking for someone who will treat you right and help you find the perfect vehicle, I highly recommend him. Thanks Kyle for another great car-buying experience—I appreciate all your help and look forward to doing business with you again in the future!!!”

“10/10 service!!! I highly recommend coming to this Midas location. I purchased four brands new black hawk tires for my 2016 Honda Accord. The manager Sean was so helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did he offer me the best price in the area (compared to Pep Boys and Mavis), but he gave me other affordable options to look into as well. After I dropped my car off, they offered me an uber home to rest until they were complete with the services! When I arrived they gave me an update on my brakes, rotors and oil and let me know that it was all up to date. He also let me know that my tires came with a LIFETIME WARRANTY for free with my purchase! Unheard of! My car is driving beautifully and I’m so happy. Thank you Midas on 22!”

“I purchased my ID.BUZZ from Andrew at Douglas Volkswagen earlier this year. Great experience - could not have been any smoother. Andrew was absolutely great to deal with and made this the best car buying experience I've ever had. ALSO - just recently we had an incident where someone got too close and swiped the BUZZ with their mirror - leaving a mark across one of the panels. I wasn't sure if it was scratched or just had some paint transfer. Andrew arranged it so that I could bring in the vehicle for the detailing department to look at it. They were able to buff it out and it was good as new in 15 minutes. Couldn't be happier with this dealership.”

“I recently had an outstanding experience with BMW of Springfield and wanted to take the time to recognize the exceptional level of customer service I received throughout the entire process. From the beginning, Isabella was fantastic to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely interested in making sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the purchaser. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. She made the entire process easy and enjoyable, was always available to answer questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. I also want to recognize Matt and Andrew, who provided excellent customer service and were incredibly helpful and responsive. It is refreshing to deal with people who understand that good customer service doesn’t end once the vehicle is sold. Finally, Evan, the Sales Manager, deserves recognition for the way he runs his team and handles his customers. He was professional, straightforward, accommodating, and clearly committed to making sure I was completely satisfied. His involvement reinforced the level of service I experienced from everyone at the dealership. What impressed me most was that the customer service felt genuine rather than transactional. Isabella, Matt, Andrew and Evan each took ownership of their respective roles and made me feel like a valued customer throughout the process. That type of service is becoming increasingly difficult to find, particularly when purchasing a vehicle. I have dealt with several dealerships over the years, and BMW of Springfield stands out for its professionalism, communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a BMW and would not hesitate to return for my next vehicle. Thank you to Isabella, Matt, Evan, Andrew, and the entire BMW of Springfield team for an excellent experience from start to finish. Five stars well deserved!”

Once sitting with Finance to close the deal, it was smooth sailing and we were even greeted by the General Manager, John Lopes, who made us feel even more comfortable! We highly recommend Open Road Subaru!”
