“Dropped off my 2011 Volvo S80 that 2 other repair facilities failed to diagnose. It had groaning around corners and vibration while driving with a low brake pedal. One place said it was bent rims. The other threw his hands in the air saying he didnt know. Lew took it for a test drive, pulled off the wheels and diagnosed it.
He found a frozen caliper, a warped rotor and a broken stabilizer bar link.

“I had a great experience here. I had been told by two other places that I needed to replace my brake pads and rotors, so I came here for another opinion.
He took the time to remove the wheel, inspect the brakes, and actually show me their condition. He honestly explained that they still had plenty of life left and didn’t need to be replaced yet.
I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. He could have easily recommended an unnecessary repair, but instead he was completely transparent with me. He didn’t even charge me for the inspection.
It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, and I really appreciated the experience. I’ll definitely come back for future service”
