For unique gift items or even personal use (embroidered hand towels, coasters, coin purse, bags, keychains, soaps, religious items, the list goes on) - this is a go-to place. On the other side of the store you can find home gadgets and appliances. It may be pricey but it's still a nice place to go to. I have gone back here numerous times either to browse or buy souvenir or religious items. I really recommend this store- so many items to choose from.”

They ensured that the truck I needed was available and was respectful of my tight schedule upon picking up and returning the rental truck. “Norm's knowledge on their appliances was outstanding. We stuck the budget we had and found the right refrigerator for us. Now comes the day of delivery. The crew was thee... most professional group I've come across. They took the hydraulic pistons off the storm door, they also took the front door off as an added measure of safety. They reattached the water line for the ice maker. They took all the plastic and tape found inside the doors and compartments. The big box companies shy away from doing anything besides delivering the appliances. Stick with local businesses like Richmond Appliances. You cannot go wrong”

(Danny) I buy 90 percent of my equipment there. They take the time to explain every detail about the machine, paperwork, and maintenance and answer every question I have. I take all my equipment to get repaired there, and I never had any issues with any repairs. Overall, I highly recommend going there.”
