“I had an issue with my Bosch dishwasher that I purchased a year ago from SeeMore. It was a cosmetic issue; not a mechanical issue. The sales rep I spoke with on the phone told me that he would issue a repair ticket and that someone would call me soon. THE VERY NEXT MORNING I was called!!! The repair person was here and solved the issue right away! What a delight to know that there is such responsive customer service at SeeMore. I highly recommend them.”

Handmade ceramics made in Portugal, stemware, cutlery, kitchen linens, kitchen electro domestic appliances for the kitchen. Certain items for the bathroom. Impeccable infants knit clothes shoes, socks. Excellent customer service, your gifts are wrapped, bixes and tissue paper are provided. My mother and I felt like we were in Lisbon or the Azores with lovely friendly vendor.”

“Norm's knowledge on their appliances was outstanding. We stuck the budget we had and found the right refrigerator for us. Now comes the day of delivery. The crew was thee... most professional group I've come across. They took the hydraulic pistons off the storm door, they also took the front door off as an added measure of safety. They reattached the water line for the ice maker. They took all the plastic and tape found inside the doors and compartments. The big box companies shy away from doing anything besides delivering the appliances. Stick with local businesses like Richmond Appliances. You cannot go wrong”

(Danny) I buy 90 percent of my equipment there. They take the time to explain every detail about the machine, paperwork, and maintenance and answer every question I have. I take all my equipment to get repaired there, and I never had any issues with any repairs. Overall, I highly recommend going there.”

It was such a challenge to find a new fridge that would fit in the small space of our old house and through the narrow doorways, but Ferguson was able to make it happen. Also the delivery guys David & Walter from Lapa Trucking LLC made the delivery quick & painless, and were respectful of our property. “I ordered a new window air conditioner over the phone after speaking to Joe. It came with free shipping and no sales tax. (I live in Manhattan). Worked out great, I used a handyman to install it as it had a sleeve. He took 3 hours to install it! Wish I had used Paul to install it for $65. Another a/c I ordered did not work out for me, it was very noisy, Paul's took it back no charge for the return or delivery. Friends have had similar positive experiences.”

Plus small businesses are what keeps our country going and what helped make this country. Also if you need a sump pump the pumps they sell are great! The one I bought back in 2007 is still going strong I think I got my money's worth after 16 years.”
