I came to this Enterprise about two years ago and again earlier this week - I can definitively say that it got much better in that time. From the selection of cars available to the service of the staff, it was a much improved experience.

If you can always do your own self inspection of the vehicle before leaving rental office. Just the basics like tires and the dashboard which indicates a lot of very helpful and important information so you may not have to comeback for and exchange like i did.
