From the moment I walked in, William was professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain what my vehicle needed without any of the high-pressure sales tactics you usually dread at auto shops. It is rare to find that level of honesty and transparency in car care these days.
The service was completed quickly, efficiently, and at a very fair price. The entire team at the Roselle Park location runs a tight ship, but William’s exceptional customer service really set the experience apart.

“10/10 service!!! I highly recommend coming to this Midas location. I purchased four brands new black hawk tires for my 2016 Honda Accord. The manager Sean was so helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did he offer me the best price in the area (compared to Pep Boys and Mavis), but he gave me other affordable options to look into as well. After I dropped my car off, they offered me an uber home to rest until they were complete with the services! When I arrived they gave me an update on my brakes, rotors and oil and let me know that it was all up to date. He also let me know that my tires came with a LIFETIME WARRANTY for free with my purchase! Unheard of! My car is driving beautifully and I’m so happy. Thank you Midas on 22!”

“I wanted to write this review to say what a great guy Mike the owner is. I went there with my Infiniti QX60 do to a sound I was hearing in the engine. He went for a test drive with me and gave me his honest professional opinion, then proceeded to help me see if I had a warranty so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. I did through Infiniti. He did try to scam me or take any money from me in fact he was a genuinely nice guy who did nothing but help me and saved me thousands of dollars. Great guy!!!”

“I had a great experience here today! 1 that changed the whole trajectory of my day. I was greeted by a young man who had not only great charismatics & mannerism but also a smile that can light up a room! Literally, I mean like his smile was handcrafted and made frm Jesus Christ himself. I was not able to get his name but I did purchase him a pink frosting donut while I stopped at the nearby Dunkin’ Donuts while waiting for my car to get serviced which was also a1 & 5-star service. That young man reminded me of a grandson I’ve sadly never had, people like him make the world go around seriously it’s the little things that count and matter to me. Ima longtime customer & I’ve always had good experiences @ Mavis but this one was much different & special. “Took a car here for a pre purchase inspection. The mechanic was straight to the point and very honest. He stood his ground against the seller and convinced the seller to drive the car ~50 miles to make sure the car was ready for inspection if I bought it. As someone who knows the bare minimum about cars, I felt confident and sure that he was being completely honest and looking out for me. Wasn’t trying to convince me or the seller that the car needed anything because it didn’t. Just wanted to make sure the car was ready for me to buy. Also the pre purchase inspection was done right away! No waiting around for hours!”

“I had not one but two flat tires on the right side of my car. With the holes right in the middle of the tire. Pulled over in the pouring rain and only had one spare. Changed the tire super quickly and ran with very little psi to Firestone. Santana found the hole. Had me patched up and out of there in no time. Great experience at this shop. And great people.”
