Donna is a very rude and heavy set African American woman at the front and refused to take my tracking id even though the package was at the facility. I was told after 11am I can pick it up which makes no sense because my tracking id said at facility. I ended up stepping outside and speaking to the 1800 number for 22 minutes. They said it was there. She responded with I don’t care what it said. I asked to speak to post master because of her disgusting ghetto behavior which consist of being on phone via Bluetooth talking to someone while over talking me. I was told to go to Elizabeth and the postmaster is on Broad street. I then said thank you and she replied you’re not welcome as I left out loud. Places like this don’t deserve reoccurring business. It’s 2024 and some people still have no class. STAY AWAY!!!

They are closed for lunch 2-3:30 and they don’t update the hours to reflect that.

They don't really open at 8am, they need to change their sign.

I'm rating it so low solely based off the two ladies who work there. Not only do they seem miserable, they're just blatantly rude for no reason whatsoever. I remain respectful regardless but it's just saddening to say the least. They some how manage to make sending mail intimidating.

Friendly staff and they have the correct hours posted on the outside. Whenever I go here my interactions are always friendly and quick. The staff is very knowledgeable.

Mail carrier keeps leaving my mail on my steps in the open. Mail is damaged by strong rainstorms. I have a mailbox in my driveway just few steps away. I guess they can’t be bothered to walk a few steps. Disappointed.

This has to be one of the worse post office. I tried to cash a USPS money order and provided drivers license. My name matches but address did not and the female staff would not cash it. I've never had that problem in any post office. If I brought in a passport that would not be a problem. It just seems like the staff at this branch should all be fired. They are always sad and miserable looking. I've had other issues in this branch before with cashing money orders. If the USPS sell money orders they should cash them without problems.

Don’t waste your time here. I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location. There are at least two female employees who work the front counter that are racist. If you share their ethnicity it’s all smiles and how are you. If you do not share their ethnicity they are immediately rude. Stand in line a couple times, you’ll notice this too. They also chat via Bluetooth on personal calls as they work and get frustrated when you ask them a question pertaining to the services the post office provides because they have to pause their conversation. I’ve noticed issues like this for years at this location.

Been here several times. Teller makes excuses as often as possible, to get you to leave, for why she cannot accept a package for mailing. I am starting to resort to going to the Roselle, NJ USPS as they never turn me down. in general, I stay away from this location - the staff here ought to be audited and operations improved!

There tracking numbers sometimes don’t update for a while, the system needs an overhaul. Staff there at this location do their job to the extent that it is done: they seem to have RBF on all the time and give slight attitudes towards customers. Overall though the service gets done and I guess there just enough nowadays.
