Good place to deliver, they unloaded my full truck of water load quick, got here at 6am and got door right away.
However, very tight dock in the back, it’s a dead end street so only 1 way in and out. For big truck with 53’ trailer, please do not go straight to the back and put your head in, there is literally not enough room for 53’ to turn around in the back, and it’s gonna be tough to do the blindside backup to the dock. Just follow my direction in the picture, your life will be easier. Go around from the front of the building and face your truck toward the exit way, then straight back all the way to the back and put your truck in the dock easily.

Review of BJ’s Store Unacceptable Racial Profiling
I’ve been a loyal customer at this BJ’s location since I moved here, and I’ve always had a pleasant experience, until my recent visit, which left me feeling extremely disrespected and targeted. I’ve noticed that racial profiling is still alive and well, and unfortunately, I experienced it firsthand at this store.
During my visit, a friendly employee at the door, whom I see often, was in the process of checking my receipt when a man named James from asset protection suddenly snatched the receipts from her hand. He went straight to inspect my multiple receipts without any explanation. When I questioned why he was so focused on me, his response was incredibly rude and inappropriate. He mentioned that “every first of the month, people were stealing,” although he made a point to say he wasn’t accusing me specifically, but his actions said otherwise.
To make matters worse, James didn’t check anyone else’s receipts in line and immediately left to stand outside after examining mine. I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was singled out because of my race, and this deeply upset me. After loading my car, I returned to speak with the manager, who said she would discuss the situation with him.
While the manager was courteous, I still felt extremely disrespected as a woman of color. This kind of behavior from employees like James is unacceptable, and if he feels the need to treat certain customers this way, maybe he shouldn’t be in a role that requires interacting with the public. Racial profiling has no place in our society, let alone in a store that I frequent and have otherwise had positive experiences with.
It’s disappointing and sad that something like this happened. BJ’s, please take steps to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve, regardless of race.

Rudest customer service person at the desk. I was actually astonished how she acted. Very unprofessional. I will drive to Whippany from now on instead of giving any of my money to this store.

The level of incompetents is beyond words! They renew my membership take my money, and renewed ex wife's account instead that I am not even connected to! Hire seniors and barely English speaking folk. See how many less customers you get. For today, at least one less! Shove is BJs!
Oh, update. They took my license, and instead of calling me back as I walked out, the old lady sat on the computer trying to fix her f up! Like she was going to blackmail me into a membership. This is totally misconduct. Playing w my membership and license after I left the store? Is that legal?

Fraudulent business practices. Canceled our membership 2 years ago and they have dipped into our account 3 times in the last 10 days!, Disputed with our bank and also with BJ'S, they said they straightened it out, but took more money today. Time for formal charges to be brought for theft by this company. Go to Costco, they are more organized and honest. Costco also doesn't put the burden of correcting the situation on the consumer they are trying to rip off!

Went to get some swiss cheese at the deli dept - there were 2 other customers in line. 3 employees were cutting meat & cheeses for pre-cut area - Not one stopped to help the 3 customers in line - really poor managing. Good way to lose customers

It was so nice to meet your new employee Tally today. She even allowed a selfie with me. She was talkative, polite, informative and helpful. Thanks for a good experience. I love shopping here and the rest of the staff is great too.

Great store!! Easy parking, very clean inside and out. Shelves are always stocked. The only draw back would be the deli with long lines and only 2-3 persons working the counter but I can overlook that.

The manager, whose name i forget but they had blue hair, gave me a hard time over $5 dollars in coupon discrepancy online. He told me the prices would change upon checkout. I called my wife who did so and sent screen shots to show that they didn't increase. He honored the price, but was very rude about telling me that he would not honor online pricing again. The items were set for PICKUP. If I come and grab them off the shelves instead, I saved BJs the trouble of putting extra labor towards my order. BJs is not even worth the money when you pay $20 for the annual membership. We will be canceling and switching to costco.

I have a very nice place i have ever been and the cashiers were so nice. Some dirty, but they have good stuff, no rotten stuff, and the manager was nice and cool
