At Sea Dragons, we count on Leslie’s for our equipment, tech support and chemical supplies. Our experience with them has been no other than excellent. They are not just extremely professional, they are also very helpful and fast with any service we get from them like scheduling a tech for our pumps or getting our vacuums fixed. We also absolutely love Jen who is always around to help! Let’s not forget the many times they take the very heavy buckets of chemicals to our car. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you guys!

I wouldn’t go to Leslie’s for pool water analysis. I spent nearly $500 this year following their instruction and got absolutely nowhere in balancing my water. They would tell you one thing one day, then when it doesn’t work and I returned they had no explanation and then give you 5 new steps and sell you a bunch of new chemicals. I’m an idiot for going back to them this year because the same thing happened last year. I ended up going to a competing company and they gave me simpler instructions and I had immediate results. And the other store didnt try to push a bunch of unnecessary chemicals on me.

They always do a great Job with water analysis. Give great instructions on what the water needs and always have a well kept stock.

We needed to purchase a system to convert our pool to salt water. I was in and out in about 20 minutes with exactly what I needed and had all of my questions answered. They even gave me a breakdown of what it would cost for them to install if we decided that we needed them to do it. Customer service was great. Make sure you sign up for their rewards program to get the 5% back!

So disappointed with their service. Scheduled with them to install a filter. When they finally came 3 weeks later said they couldnt do it because there was never an evaluation scheduled. Then when he came back to do it days later couldnt do it because of the rain. Now dont know when they are coming back. Maybe after swimming season is over. Dipatch is the department that is all messed up. lets see how they install it. Terrible customer service

My first visit there for a cloudy pool and I feel there water analysis was well worth it and showed my issues I didn't know i had. And they didn't oversell me on the chemicals to fix, i would go there to solve pool issues but have not bought any pool services so can't comment on that.

Don’t buy in that store. Horrible assistance. Brand new pool not working properly and have to wait 2-3 weeks for a technician. How can you have a pool with a pump and filter not working for 3 weeks.
