If I could give zero stars I would! Anyone using GoodRx make sure they do not pocket your money by “using a different code” then claiming it is a different manufacturer

I must have called a dozen times in response to their email asking me to give more information about my insurance. Every time I was put on hold 4-5 times. Very frustrating. I have yet to have their blessing of picking up the phone!

Had an appointment for a flu vaccine, got to the store, waited and after 15 minutes after asking what the issue, was told that their computer was down and could not get my information even though I had already signed up on line. Very bad customer service. Left and made an appointment at CVS. in and out in 5 minutes!
