“Today I drove an hour and fifteen minutes out of my way to get my Audi Q3 serviced here because I had poor experiences with different Audi dealership located in North NJ. I chose to go to Audi Eatontown due to their positive track record and highly acclaimed reviews. I was not disappointed in my decision to take my car here, even if it meant going out of my way on a Friday afternoon. “Brought my 7x16 Enclosed a trailer in for some Maintenance. Ali and Don are first class . Extremely friendly . Maintenance was done within 1 day as promised. I was not able to pick up before closing time yet they made an exception for me and took payment over the phone and left the trailer parked outside as requested . The good:
Amazing responsiveness, very friendly, knowledgeable about the cars, fairly quick sales process.. bonus: they offered to buy me dinner because we were there late
The not so good:
Apparently this dealership requires you to have your car insured and bonded BEFORE leaving. I was not made aware of this and so I drove two hours to be told I couldn’t leave with the car. I was on the phone over an hour trying to get ahold of my insurance company, but they were closed. They did finally agree to pay for temporary coverage for me so I could get everything switched over the next day.
I am grateful they paid for the insurance but if that was an option I wish they would have started with that instead of having me on the phone forever with my insurance company.
Overall it was a good experience and I would use them again, but if your first time make sure you contact your insurance before they close for the day!”

“I arrived at Mavis Tire Center just before closing time, and I was so impressed with the service. Mark went above and beyond to assist me, showing true passion and understanding. I explained that I had come from another maintenance appointment and was running late, but Mark kindly took the time to check my tire without hesitation.
His team was busy cleaning and organizing the station, and I couldn’t help but notice how clean and well-maintained the environment was. The waiting room was also very comfortable and welcoming.

“I came into Mavis when I thought I had an air leak and needed a patch in my tire. I was happy to see there was no wait and Victoria, Sam, and Damon gave the best service. They checked my tires quickly and luckily my tires just needed some more air and it was attributed to the weather. They didn’t charge me for this and I was so grateful. Highly recommend this fantastic team!”

“I recently brought my 1972 Ford F100 to J & B Transmission and Auto Repair after noticing some irregularities in how the truck was shifting at lower speeds. Jim and Brian were absolutely fantastic. After a quick test drive, they diagnosed the issue right away — the transmission vacuum was connected to the wrong port on the carburetor. It had been hooked up to the port vacuum instead of the manifold vacuum.
They corrected the issue on the spot, and I immediately noticed a major improvement in how the truck drove. To top it off, they did all of this at no charge!
Their knowledge, honesty, and commitment to doing right by their customers truly set them apart. J & B Transmission and Auto Repair is hands down the best transmission shop in New Jersey. Highly recommended!”
