“What a beautiful shop, full of rich history and guided by people who move through the world with deep passion and love for their community. Even before stepping inside Wing On Wo & Co, it was a delight to see the mural across Mosco Street, “In the Future Our Asian Community is Safe” created by multiple generations of community members and project spearheaded by the W.O.W. Project. The building itself is crowned with custom terrazzo parapet tiles at the top, blended with broken pieces of porcelain as a tribute to its recent centennial celebrations.
The family behind Wing On Wo & Co—Gary, Lorraine, Mei, and their staff—are such kind and welcoming people that being there truly feels like being at home. I picked up a necklace, charming chopstick rests, and beautiful postcards—this shop is the perfect place to find thoughtful souvenirs! My favourite piece from here however, is the purple fish vase that I love to keep my dried roses in :)

“We’ve been here a few times and they’re always very friendly and helpful. They mostly have tumbles but have some larger pieces too. They sell incense, crystals, necklaces, clothing items, pillows, and books. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for some tumbles! Pricing ranges from $2 - $10 for the tumbles. They have larger pieces worth over $100.”

The store is very clean and spacious, with easy to spot goods that highlight the various features, such as books to showcase works, unique flower pots, or other goods based around the exhibits.
There are 2 floors, with the first floor more focused on the arts such as Yoshitomo Nara, while the lower floor is focused on more kid-friendly or popular designs, such as Miffy. Overall a great place to shop if you can't make it up to the actual museum but still want to find goods highlighting the unique pieces stored there.”
